Basic Qualifications:
1. Superior customer service skills
2. Troubleshooting experience for PC/Mac computers, desk phones, printers, networks etc. in a business environment
3. Knowledge of IT fundamentals such as network protocols, DHCP, and DNS
4. Experience with enterprise Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Office365, Office, etc.
5. Independent and self-directed work ethic when participating in a collaborative environment
6. Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal mediums
7. Must be a self-starter and able to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment

Desired Qualifications:
1. 1-3 years’ experience in a corporate environment
2. Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes
3. Previous experience with technologies such as Confluence, Jira, Zoom, imaging technologies, etc.
4. Current Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco certifications are a plus
5. Associates degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
6. Both written and spoken English are required


薪资范围：
10K~15K
